Harman Singh is just 5 years old. His mother is raising him and his sister all by herself. She married Harman’s father in 2010, when she was only 21 years old. Unfortunately, in 2011, after only one year of marriage, her husband passed away leaving Harman’s mother to take care her young children without any support. Now 27 years old, Harman’s mother works cleaning other people’s houses in order to provide for herself and her young son. She only earns $2 CAD a day, which barely enough to keep food on the table and a roof over their heads. They currently live in a house which they share with 4 other families, without heat, electricity, or running water. If you sponsor Harman today, you can ensure he can go to school despite the financial hardships of his family. By supporting the education of young children, you can help us work towards a brighter future for the families of India.
